Delight in Daily Seafood Feasts and Culinary Excellence at The Windward Lodge

Savor daily seafood dishes at The Windward Lodge. Meal plans are inclusive of tea, coffee, juices, and water, with yummy desserts included at dinner. Our experienced chefs blend local and international flavors to create five-star, beautifully presented dishes. We prioritize fresh, locally sourced ingredients, including seafood from local fishermen and lionfish fillet from Tobacco Caye Marine Station when available. Sundays bring a taste of traditional Belize Sunday Dinner with coconut rice and beans, baked chicken, and potato salad.

Enjoy stunning sunsets at our Sunset Bar with an ice-cold Belikin beer or one of our signature drinks.

Purified drinking water is readily available in our dining room.

Meals are served at:

  • Breakfast: 8am
  • Lunch: 12-noon
  • Dinner: 6:30pm

Special diets? No problem!
Our chefs are very accommodating to special dietary restrictions. Upon making your reservation, you can specify if you have food allergies or if you are vegetarian, vegan, or pescatarian, etc. If your children are picky eaters, let our chefs know and they’ll prepare something special for them.

3 meals are included with the room and they are prepared with so much love and passion for food. The chef was taking care that we never got the same food and was even baking fresh bread which tasted amazing! All the meals we got were very delicious and there was always juice, coffee or tea and purified water. - Monika F
